The new user I created sees a blank page after logging in. What is wrong?

Please be sure you have assigned your user the proper permissions: most commonly users report seeing a blank screen when they don't have permission to see any reports in EdReady. More details about permissions can be found here. The most common setting for a Teacher is for their account to have "Reports Access" and all associated permissions included there, except for "Admin Data" 

It is also important to ensure that Teachers have the appropriate goal(as) assigned, but they will not see any data in the on-screen reports until at least one student has completed the Initial Diagnostic.
