Live Assistance

 

 

We offer two options for educators to get live support: Daily Office Hours and Implementation/Support Appointments. Please select the option that best fits your need.

Office Hours

We invite educators to visit us during office hours for technical support or for assistance with implementing your NROC membership at your institution. 

Please join from your computer so you can share your screen. Use your microphone and speakers for audio. You will sound best (and be able to hear best) with a headset. You can also call in using your telephone if you have audio difficulties (see below).

***NOTE: normally-scheduled office hours will not be offered on the following dates:

  • Thursday, September 12
  • Wednesday, September 25

This is NOT a technical support number or call center. The conference call number is only available during scheduled office hours, and is intended to help those who have audio trouble or do not have access to a computer. Personal Appointments

Educators may schedule an appointment to get one-on-one implementation or technical support assistance with EdReady site launch and refresh, NROC Math and NROC English course installation, and using HippoCampus in the classroom and as a learning supplement.

 

 

Can't Make It?

If you are unable to fit a live support time into your schedule, you can submit a ticket. Support tickets are typically answered within a few hours, Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm PT.
