Sharing Your Institution's Custom Site with Instructors and Students

Students do not need a login for HippoCampus. They simply visit the custom URL provided by your institution or an individual instructor's customized site. Only teachers need to create accounts if they wish to create their own customized version of your institution's branded site.

You can give your instructors and students the direct URL to your custom-branded site. The URL will be sent to you in a welcome email when you create your account, and it is visible in the right-hand section of the Welcome box of the Home page of your custom site when you are logged in:

Another way students can access your branded institutional page is by going to the Log In screen and entering your school's Login ID at the bottom of the screen, in the section that says, “If you want to visit someone else's myHippo page, you can look them up here:”
