We have provided a series of video tutorials to help you understand how to use the NROC English course with your students. Additionally, there is an extensive PDF instructor's guide built into the course in your LMS in the "Instructor Resources" section.
Technical Support Issues
If you are experiencing a technical problem with your NROC English course, the first step is to contact your LMS Administrator. In most cases, they can resolve the problem. If they are unable to resolve it, they have the ability to submit a support ticket to NROC.
Please note: We at NROC do not have the ability to fix anything in your LMS. We only have the ability to fix issues in the NROC Course Manager and the course components that we develop. We can identify whether the problem is with the NROC Course Manager system, the course components, or an external system that we do not control, such as your LMS or browser. We can advise your LMS administrator on steps to resolve issues with the LMS, but we are not experts in the functionality of any LMS, so we may refer you to your LMS' support department or community.
Our NROC Implementation Team has bi-weekly Office Hours to answer questions or provide just-in-time support to our member institutions. All teachers are encouraged to drop in to ask their questions and get personalized assistance.
