Will the placement test place students into one of the 10 units?

The optional placement test can be used to guide students into either Unit 1 or into Unit 6, with the intent that they complete the rest of the units in sequence (if their instructor requires them to do so). The assessment development team recommends 84% (42 questions) as the threshold score. Individual schools and instructors can adjust this percentage based on their school’s requirements.
