Are MLA guidelines taught in the course?

Basic instruction about MLA and APA guidelines are part of both Unit 9 and Unit 10. The Unit 10 writing assignment asks students to include correct MLA or APA citation, as well as a Works Cited (MLA) or References (APA) page. Each instructor can choose which formatting style they want the students to use, or choose to not require that part of the assignment.
