My student is logged in, but all the data is missing. What happened?

The most likely cause of this problem is that your student did not log in to the correct EdReady site.

We have many schools using EdReady, as well as a public EdReady version, and some students have created multiple accounts. Check to be sure that your school's logo appears at the top of the student's EdReady page, and that the URL s/he logged into is spelled properly: pay attention to the prefix, which is the school name or acronym. It should look like this: 

https://yourschool.edready.org
