To change your password, enter your current password in the ‘Current Password’ textbox on the My Account page. Then, enter your new password in both the ‘new password’ and ‘verify new password’ textboxes. Click the Change your password button to submit your password update.
If you are having trouble with the password you remember or the password saved by your browser, you can try clearing your cache or examining the passwords that your browser has saved to make sure it is autofilling the correct one. You may have different passwords saved on different devices.
If you are unsuccessful with those options, the only solution is to reset your password using the "Forgot password?" link. The staff at EdReady do not have access to your password. We cannot see it, so we cannot confirm the accuracy of the password you are trying to use.
Security Note: Passwords are encrypted in our database and are never visible to you or to EdReady staff. Only the temporary password is sent to you via email. Passwords should never be shared with anyone, including your instructor. EdReady staff will never ask for your password to troubleshoot your account.
